1-2-1 coaching ::
Whilst some clients prefer a structured Programme, we work with a lot of people who have a far greater understanding of what they want from their business, from business start-ups, to people looking to build value before selling up. Or people in the middle who have teamwork challenges, motivation dips or those who just want an independent, non-judgemental honest sounding board for new (and old) ideas.
If you want to remove the pain from your business, but don’t need the structure of a programme, 1-2-1 coaching is probably for you. We will schedule a number of 45 minute telephone sessions each month to talk about issues that you decide – and we can just listen, or question, or raise possibilities. However you want to play it, our aim will always be to support you and to deliver value to you and the business – by enabling you to realise your potential.
For 1-2-1 telephone coaching, our clients typically spend £130-200 a month, which includes reasonable email and telephone support outside scheduled calls.
Face-to-face coaching will be considered and costed on a case-by-case basis.
