Painless Business comes from our own personal business experience, and the huge range of influences we have learnt from, of not only what can make a business successful, but also what can make it painless and fun.
The fundamental belief behind Painless Business is that if you provide the people in an organisation with the appropriate support, systems and training, and the right business model of course, success will follow. Success comes from being able to get on and do the right things, in the right way at the right time – by making the day-to-day operations of the business, in whatever field, painless.
We do believe this is possible, if not easy, in any organisation through a combination of discovery, application, imagination and creativity. It is not rocket science, but it requires active consideration and a willingness to invest in ourselves and the structures in the business – something we often leave to ‘some other time’ when we are in our busy offices.
